“ Amazing! Wonderful food and service. Ambrosia has an excellent wine selection. The atmosphere is very nice. We came for dinner to treat ourselves before a show and we're not disappointed! ”
“ Great place to impress a date. Romantic lighting, intimate seating. We enjoyed seafood pasta special with fab sauce, a thick halibut portion & amazing lamb chops--so tender! The lobster/crab cakes were divine. Enjoyed a hibiscus infused gin cocktail with dinner. No room for dessert. ”
“ Not sure what the person ordered on the review below me, but we have no complaints! We came ready to eat! We did not leave hungry at all! Who cares about the parking, not the restaurant’s fault. Blame Eugene. We did their charcuterie board and bread. Did the filet and the Aragosta Ravioli! Finished with cappuccino and tiramisu! Best tiramisu in Eugene! ”
“ Where to start? This place is legit Italian. I almost expected semolina flour pasta (google it if you don't know - it's amazing). But it did not matter. The calamari was generously portioned and delicious! They went off menu for me and I had the steamed clams over spaghetti - amazing and well portioned. The chicken parm was amazing as well. The vibe is casual upscale. In for a business meeting or a special family occasion or a date night? This is the spot for you. ”
“ I have been going here since it opened 35 years ago. My Son & his Wife had never been, so we decided to take her here, for her 35th Birthday. She said she will never eat a Pasta dish from anywhere ever again. Quite the remark, don't you think? She & my Son had the special Seafood Pasta & I had a Pepperoni Pizza. They had the Mushrooms & I had the Bruschetta for our appetizers. They gave a us a full loaf of piping hot, right out of the oven, Rosemary Bread for her Birthday when we were leaving. Our waiter was terrific, the bartender was terrific (I kept pestering him for more water) & the food was beyond description terrific. Ambrosia never misses an opportunity of making your dining experience a 10. The beauty of Ambrosia & it's ambiance are unmatched here in Eugene. They do have an extensive Wine selection, but the tight binding on the Wine book, prevented me from being able to photograph it to share it, my apologies. I hope everyone in & outside of the area, makes it a point to dine here at least once, because it's exquisite. ”
“ Great little spot to eat. I love Italian food but do not go out to eat it very often. This was a great experience. It was a Sunday evening, and I had a reservation, so I was seated right away. Fantastic service, beautiful atmosphere, lots of fun things to look at, I like the stained glass windows, the mirrors, and the paintings. I got the lasagna, and my partner got the scallops. Both were fantastic. This was my first time here, but I will definitely be back. ”
“ In the Eugene area, one of our preferred places to enjoy a delightful dish. From the moment you walk in, the smells from the kitchen fill your mind with multiple choices of fine tasting portions. The drinks are always well mixed and there is great diversity in choice. The atmosphere is comfortable and one to appreciate given the historical furniture and design. We have always been treated with excellent customer service. ”
“ The food was amazing!! I got the fettuccine davide and it did not disappoint! Pasta wasn’t perfectly cooked! Atmosphere was warm and inviting! I even overheard the chef singing! I went with a friend and my card didn’t go through and the manager just comped my meal without telling me! I am overwhelmed by their kindness! I will definitely return!! ”
